Marvel Legends Series 6" Whirlwind (Forces of Evil)

It's going to get a little windy!

Whirlwind looks great. The helmet was done very well. The only thing is that it was made with the swirly type of plastic and some of the lines are quite visible which spoils what should be a clean look for the helmet. His eyes and mouth can be seen through the holes. The eyes were very well painted. He's on a similar body to Grim Reaper's. He has the armour sculpted on here. There's not a lot of detail for it. The green on his upper torso is of a different tone to the lower body. It's supposed to be the same for this classic look but I don't mind this. It helps differentiate the armour from the non-metallic areas. Shiny grey was used for his costume and it goes along well with the armour.

He has sawblades equipped on his forearms. They are removable. I like that they did this. Shooting sawblades is one of his main attacks. There are no other accessories. He comes with the left arm of Red Onslaught.

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, calf swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He cannot look up or down due to the helmet. He is able to rotate his head.

Whirlwind really needs some rotational effect piece. I made one simply by wrapping him in clear plastic film.

Comparison shots.

Great figure! I hope they release more Masters of Evil members. Thanks for viewing!
