Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Yondu and Vance Astro.
I'm not familiar with Vance Astro, nor with the original Guardians of the Galaxy (GOTG) for that matter. I recall he teamed up with the modern GOTG at one time and that's about I all know of him. The figure is basically a repaint of the Wolf Cap body with a new head. He looks kinda old. The paint apps for his suit is good. Metallic blue was used. The logo was well painted and the lines are clean and straight.
Over to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) version of Yondu. This is a great looking figure. He's got a great head sculpt. The likeness is spot on and I like that he's got a cheeky gin which suits him. The scars on the side of his head were sculpted, and also his goatee. His red eyes were very painted and contrasts well against his blue skin tone. The short fin on his head suggests his look is based on the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The body is a mix of new and old parts. The arms and upper legs are from the first MCU Star-Lord figure. His hands look a little longish. There's great sculpted detail on his attire and its textured. The long coat portion is a separate piece, as it the belt and the arrow sheath. The coat was made with his right side shifted back so as to expose his arrow. He'll likely be a member of the GOTG in the upcoming movie, hence he spots the GOTG logo. One thing about the coat though is that it does not blend well with the sleeves. Its brown in colour whereas the sleeves are reddish brown. You can easily tell they are separate.
Yondu's coat sleeves matches his inner wear. In fact I'll say he looks better without the long coat.
Accessories
Yondu comes with an alternate whistling head and an arrow with a red motion streak attached. The included BAF part is the right arm of Titus.
Vance Astro comes with Captain America's shield. It is the same shield that came with Wolf Cap. The colour tone here is lighter. The included BAF part is the left leg of Titus.
A closer look at Yondu's alternate head. This is based on his upcoming appearance in GOTG Vol. 2 for the longer fin. The fin looks mechanical with the line design sculpted on. There's also some red paint detail on it. The likeness here again is good. He was sculpted with lips pressed together and whistling. I'm sure you know that he controls his arrow by whistling. The scars and facial hair too were sculpted.
He wears a sheath for his arrow at his waist. The best way to use the arrow with it is illustrated as follows. The red streak helps show the arrow in motion just like in the movie. I would have liked if he came with an additional arrow without the red streak to carry when not in use.
Articulation
Yondu has got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look down okay. He can't look up much due to the coat. The coat also hinders leg articulation.

Comparison shots.
I'm not too excited for these two. Still they are nice additions to the collection. Thanks for viewing!
