Anime Festival Asia (AFA) 2016 Recap

I have great. I have time. Ugh! Great time! Lol! Not the best wording I know but yeah I had a great time at Anime Festival Asia 2016 (AFA2016) which concluded over the weekend. The event was once again held at the Suntec City Convention and Exhibition Centre and we had three days of fun and excitement!

Anime Festival Asia 2016 (AFA16) is now on from 25 to 27 November at the Suntec City Convention and Exhibition Centre’s Level 3 & 4. Disney's MOANA Review

Disney rarely disappoints when it comes to their animated features and Moana is set to be another hit. It is a fun, entertaining adventure movie with a kick ass heroine. The visuals are stunning. The music is wonderful and I dare say there will be a couple of songs you will soon be humming to.

Disney's MOANA Festive Light Up Event at the Art Science Museum

Just some pics from the festive light up event at the Art Science Museum with Disney's Moana yesterday evening. Auli'i Cravalho (voice of Moana), Osnat Shurer (Producer), Griselda Sastrawinata (Visual Developement Artist) and Roger Lee (Lighting Artist) were on hand to do the honours for the light up and help kick off the Holiday Season.

A press conference was held earlier today at Marina Bay Sands for Disney's latest upcoming animated feature, "Moana". Moana is about an adventurous teenager who is inspired to leave the safety and security of her island on a daring journey to save her people. In attendance at the press conference were Auli'i Cravalho (voice of Moana), Osnat Shurer (Producer), Roger Lee (Lighting Artist) and Griselda Sastrawinata (Visual Devlopement Artist).

Collecting Magic: From Stamps to Wands

I visited the Collecting Magic: From Stamps to Wands Exhibition today which is being held at the Singapore Philatelic Museum (SPM) from now till 30 June 2017. The event features Harry Potter stamps from around the world and also movie memorabilia. I must say SPM is doing a good job of getting visitors to revisit. Or I should say getting me to revisit. They have held a number of interesting exhibitions the past couple of years. I recall the Star Wars, DC Super Heroes and Snoopy ones just to name a few.
