Here's a look at the Marvel Infinite Series 3.75" Doc Ock.
You can immediately tell something is off when you look at Doc Ock. He's out of proportion. They used the legs of the Absorbing Man and they are too long. The torso is pretty good. It certainly has a good size and shape and it has nice crease detail on his attire. The arms are Baron Zemo's. The head sculpt is decent. I like the sculpted shades and the hair. The paint at his mouth is quite thick on my figure and it gives him a bucktooth appearance.
While the figure is poor the tentacle arms are a different story. I think these are the best looking arms we've got in the 3.75" scale. They are thick and have a nice shiny silver colour. The pincers were well done as well. No they are not bendable. They were sculpted with a fixed pose. There is a swivel in the middle of each arm and you can also swivel at the connecting peg for some variety. The arms stay on well. They are too heavy for him and he will fall backwards if you don't lean him forward.
Unfortunately we cannot switch the position of the tentacle arms as much as we like. The size of the pegs are different. The arms for the left side have bigger pegs than the right. What we can do is interchange the arms of the same side. Each arm is marked with a small R or L in the middle to help you identify which arm is for which side.
Articulation. He's got a ball joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, elbow hinge, swivel hinge wrists, ball hips, double jointed knees and ankle swivel and hinge.
Comparison shots.
Don't like the figure. Love the arms though. Thanks for viewing!

lol for the last pic. what a shame that the legs looks disturbing
Man, those legs throw it off for me but I'll still end up snagging this one at retail.
Okay I have to ask-- which Spidey figure are you using in these photos? Is that the one that came in the comic two-pack with Captain Britain?
@ Fred - Yup from the 2-pack with Captain Britain.
