Fun Post: Captain America (Sam Wilson)

If you haven't heard, Sam Wilson aka Falcon will be taking over the mantle of Captain America in the comics in the near future. Just for fun I did some head swaps to see if I can achieve his look.

Transformers: Age of Extinction Lockdown (deluxe)

Crossing over to another galaxy for a bit. Lockdown has hit stores. Thanks to a friend for picking him up. He's one of the few positives of the movie for me. He's badass and ruthless. He makes Megatron look weak.

Guardians of the Galaxy Red Carpet Event

This was the third such event to be held in Singapore this year and all three were for movies with Marvel characters. We must have hit the jackpot or something. I mean to have three red/blue carpets events in a year? That's just fantastic! Read on to see what went on at the GOTG event.

COSFEST (2014) XIII: The Final Fantasy

COSFEST XIII was held from 5 to 6 July at D'Marquee at Downtown East. D'Marquee has been home to Cosfest for thirteen editions. It will soon be undergoing renovations and it is uncertain if the event can be held there again. Hence the theme for this year "The Final Fantasy". I'm sure that the place will be missed. The organisers, Singapore Cosplay Club (SCC) has announced that Cosfest is still on for next year. Just that the venue is yet to be determined. Right, now here's a look at some of the stuff that went on at this year's event.

Transformers: Age of Extinction Construct Bots Grimlock

I had quite a busy weekend. I was at the Campus Game Fest for the cosplay and I went to China Square Central to check out the 501st Singapore Garrison and the newly formed Cathar Outpost - Rebel Legion Singapore. Follow the links for pics from those.

I also caught Transformers: Age of Extinction. I found it boring and below expectations. Which happens to be the same way I feet about the toys. They don't seem to be as appealing this time round. A friend recommended this piece. I was hesitant but I got it anyway. After playing with it I have to say he was right, this is a good toy.
