STGCC 2014 - Recap

The Singapore Toy Games & Comic Convention (STGCC) was held over the weekend. It's been an exhausting but fun two days. 

I'm going to do things a little differently this year. The recap will be up first. It may take awhile if I were to follow my previous format of posting up the toy segments. There's over two thousand shots to sort through... Yeah I'm a little shocked myself. There were just so many toys this year!

The Media Preview for the Singapore Toy Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) took place today at The Vault. No not at the prison for super villains... I'm talking about the neat restaurant on Circular Road where artists can showcase their work. And man did we see artists.

Alternative art space gains favour with up-and-coming artists; Space fully booked

Singapore, 9 July 2014 – For the first time at the Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC), Artist Alley – a space dedicated to showcase the works of up-and-coming artists – has been completely snapped up three months prior to the show in September. This edition of STGCC will see more than 160 participants at Artist Alley filling the show with colourful pop culture offerings, with 33 new booths making their STGCC Artist Alley debut.
