What a pleasant development this is! The Thing has arrived!
It's clobberin' time! The Thing has finally arrived and he completes the new releases of the Fantastic Four. Hasbro has kept the best for last. This Thing is amazing! The sculpt is simply outstanding! His rocky exterior was all sculpted. Most of the individual "rock" pieces have an undulating surface and have rough edges to them. That's not all, the surface of the pieces have cracks in them. Further more dark lining and shading was applied to bring out the sculpt more. Awesome stuff! The size and bulk of the figure is good too. He's facial expression is one of rage. He's growling with gritted teeth. It'll be great for posing him doing battle.
Accessories. He comes with an alternate neutral, grim faced head and an extra pair on fists. I forgot to mention his eyes which are blue. He is the ever lovin' blue-eyed Thing after all. You can make out his eyes best in the following pic. Click images to enlarge.
A close-up of both heads. Really, really nice head sculpts!
Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ball joint torso, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. He can only look up and down just a tiny little bit. The elbows bend slightly less than ninety degrees. He can bend forward somewhat, decent enough for a big guy. He can arch back more. He is very posable, stable too.
Comparison shots. I think he's of a good size.
Great figure! The sculpt is excellent and he has good articulation. Thanks for viewing!

@william zhang - Thanks! It's unlikely at this point I'll do a review for Human Torch.
Excellent review, Jason! Can't wait to get mine!
Is this thing out yet in America
Unknown - I've been watching ebay auctions and I recently saw a big jump in the number of Walgreens Thing auctions - especially from U.S sellers - so, I'm thinking they're starting to hit the U.S stores
