DC Total Heroes Batman Beyond

Here's a look at the DC Total Heroes Batman Beyond.

This figure is a Mattycollector exclusive. I dislike buying from their site but this is one figure I had to get at that time. The figure was released and purchased last year. I'm hoping for a Batman Beyond figure from DC Collectibles. This a good looking figure. The animated style of the Total Heroes line is a good fit for the Terry McGinnis Batman. The masked head sculpt has him wearing a serious expression. The ears I think are a little too long. The body is very similar to other Total Heroes figures. The forearms are new, they have the two fins on them. The belt is a separate piece and was well painted. The logo too was very well painted. I found the hands to be loose on my figure, especially his left side.

Accessories. He comes with two extra interchangeable heads, one of Terry McGinnis and one of an ageing Bruce Wayne. There's also two extra sets of interchangeable hands (fists and open hands), his mask, a mini Micron figure, four Batarangs and glider wings which attach on his back.

I love that they included an ageing Bruce Wayne's head. In case you didn't watch Batman Beyond, he appeared in this Batsuit in the first episode. The head sculpt is nice. There's wrinkles on his face and he has a receding hairline.

Terry's head sculpt looks great too. It has a good likeness.

It's cool that Micron is included. Now we have a mini version to go along with the JLU figure. I wish it didn't have the Total Heroes knee pads though. It has no articulation. And like it's JLU counterpart, it has trouble standing.

Articulation. He's got a ball joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, wrist swivel, waist rotation, peg hinge hips, hinge knees and ankle hinge.

Comparison shots.

Cool figure. If you're looking for it, it's still available on Mattycollector at the time of this post. Thanks for viewing!

Amazing pics! I really dig this guy, and keep him displayed with the Bruce head, which makes him an extra unique part of my display.

Thanks! I'll probably keep him displayed with the mask on then he can be both Bruce or Terry!
