Finally got round to Man-Bat which I skipped earlier.
Man-Bat comes in a box which follows a similar style to the carded figures. It looks really awesome!
Man-Bat turned out well. He's got a great head sculpt. He's wearing a pretty mean expression. The right eye was sculpted bigger than the left. It gives him more character. The lower jaw was made with a softer type of plastic. I would have loved if it had a hinge there. The paint apps are great. They did the inside of his mouth really well and also the lines in his ears. I think his body is a little too long. But the amount of bend which he can do makes up for that. He's got a bit of hair detail at his shoulders and at the back of his elbows. He can stand well enough once you find the sweet spot.
He comes with two set of arms, one set with folded wings and the other with wings fully extended. There's also three bottles of Man-Bat serum, a cassette tap and a base. To change the arms you simply pull them out. The arms with the extended wings stay on well. The arms with the folded wings are loose and fall out easily.
Here he is with his extended wings. The wingspan is very impressive.
Articulation. He's got a ball joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, chest rotation, ab crunch, peg hinge hips, knee hinge and ankle swivel. He can look down and bend forwards very well. He can't look up. I would have liked if he had elbow hinge.
Comparison shots.
Man-Bat is another great addition to the collection. Thanks for viewing!
