I wasn't planning on getting any of the new Generations GDO figures. But then I bumped into a friend who managed to score a set from Toys R Us. He had a spare Wheelie which he offered me. I thought he looked pretty cool and so I got it.
Wheelie is basically a repaint of Jazz from the Reveal the Shield series. The colours and the new G1 accurate headsculpt are what sucked me into getting it. Check him out for yourself. I took lots of pics this time and I hope you enjoy them. You can click on the images to enlarge.
Like Jazz, he's got speakers attached on the doors which can be deployed.
He comes with a sling shot which can be used like a gun. Its a nice homage to the G1 cartoon.
Here's some pics of him in action.
His transformation is fairly easy. Here's how it goes:
And there you have it, vehicle mode.
The speakers can be deployed in vehicle mode as well.
Here's how it looks underneath. His sligshot can be stored at the front.
But due to the shape of it, you can see it sticking out underneath and it also props up the vehicle a little.
Some more images of the vehicle mode.
A quick comparison shot. Wheelie sure has grown alot. There was a smaller version in the Transformers Universe line if you're bothered by his size. But I think that piece is rather expensive nowadays and you might as well track this one down.
Right, that's all for now, thanks for viewing!

Wow, he does look great - and that vehicle mode really does Wheelie justice!
Very nice set of pix, Jason.
