I'm not too familiar with High Evolutionary. So I did a bit of reading. To put it simply he is a very smart guy. He has the ability to evolve himself to various stages of evolution. So sometimes he can be God-like, other times he'll seem normal. He wears a suit of armour like what you see on the figure. I think his look is based on a more modern appearance for that circular design on his belt.
I feel the figure is small considering he's wearing armour. He should have the size and bulk of Iron Man at least. He is able to change his size so this can be accurate. I still would prefer him with more bulk. He comes across very plasticky. The shiny plastic used for his head, torso, skirt piece, bracers and boots contribute to that. The head looks rather knock off-ish. I'll touch more on it later. The body is new. I think there's an overlay piece stuck on the upper torso. He's wearing a tabard over his armor. You can make out some creases and wrinkles on the red sections of his body. There are studs sculpted on it, both front and back. And also on the belt and skirt piece. I like that they painted them. There are noticeable lines on the upper torso of my figure. It's some sort of defect. The arms and legs are of the pinless sort. They have nice sculpted detail on them. They are bluish grey in colour. They're appearance is also quite shiny. I would have preferred if the used metallic paint here. The bracers are separate pieces stuck on. The belt and skirt is also a separate piece. It's peg into his back to it doesn't move around too much. I don't like how high it sits. The open hands are too big.
For accessories he comes with an extra set of fists which looks a lot better on him.
Here's how the head looks like. It's very shiny. There's actually a good amount of sculpted detail for his face. It's just hard to see with the light reflections. Perhaps a wash would help. At least there's some metallic gun metal on top which breaks up the red. They did the "mohawk" piece well. The yellow eyes stand out very well.
Articulation. He's got a dumbbell joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, diaphragm joint, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, boot swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look up and down quite decently, and can tilt his head as well. Due to the rather stiff shoulder covers, his arms will be Y shaped when raised. He can only bend forward and back just a bit. You can get a little more tilt to the sides. The elbows have good range. The skirt is flexible enough for him to raise his legs. However the skirt will point frontwards which makes him look awkward.

High Evolutinoary is a disappointment for me. I'm not a fan of his shiny head. And I would have liked him to be bigger. Thanks for viewing!
