Marvel Legends Infinite Series Wasp

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Infinite Series Wasp.

Hasbro has done a pretty good job with giving us upgrades of characters from the Toy Biz era. This is another one. Wasp looks great. I like the head sculpt. She has a fresh, youthful, spunky appearance. Her hair was well done. There's great detail and it also has nice brown shading in it. Her eyes painted looking up is probably the only complaint I have about her head. The body is similar to Hellcat's. The upper torso has been modified to accommodate the wings. More on that later. Her hands are the same as Scarlet Witch's and the insides were painted. The paint detail of her costume is decent for the most part. The lines came out straight enough and I like the gold tone used. What really annoys me is that her ab area seems to have been touched up. Don't think you can see it in the pics but there's a noticeable line running down the center of her body. She has some trouble standing due to her wings.

A closer look at her back. There are pegs for her wings. They protrude but I don't mind them too much. It allows for a bit more space to pose her arms. She has two sets of wings. They are translucent and have nice veiny detail on them.  The bigger pair pegs into the body and has swivel and hinge articulation. The smaller pair pegs onto the larger pair and only has swivel.

You can display her with two wings or four.

Articulation. She's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, swivel hinge wrists, torso pivot, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot.

Comparison shots.

Great figure! Thanks for viewing!
