I'm happy that we got this classic Hercules. It's my favourite look for him. He's practically a God so he doesn't need no pants. Or that strap thingy around his legs. Lol. Hercules is a jolly fellow. I like that he's got that super big smile on his face. There's a hint of mischief in his expression as well. It really shows his personality. His facial hair was well done. I like that it's got a bit of light shading in it. The hair has good detail but has no shading unfortunately. The gold helm is a separate piece stuck on. The torso and arms reuses those from the previous figure. The chest and arm hair was well applied. Now this is how it should look like. Unlike on the five-pack Wolverine. The legs are new and are of the pinless sort. Those are some very nice looking legs. The sandals were sculpted. They are textured and leather like. The sculpt for the toes look good. The harness is a separate piece and is removable. The studs have a metallic shine to them. I like that they did that. The new bracers and belt are also separate pieces. I like the sculpted clasps on the bracers. The belt is textured and has gold applied for the big H buckle.
Some close-ups. It's very hard not to like this fella.
Accessories. He comes with an alternate head, a pair of fists and his mace.
The alternate head has him with a snarling and angry expression. The head sculpt just about conveys his fierceness. I feel that the eyes don't match it. They seem disinterested. It's like he's forcing himself to be angry. The paint apps for his facial hair is not as good here. The top portion of his beard is unpainted and you can see a noticeable flesh tone line just above it.
The heads may be swapped onto the previous figure and vice versa so you can mix and match if you like.
Here's a closer look at his mace. The gold is similar to that of his bracers. The gold on the butt of the handle has a metallic shine and does not match the head. Swirly plastic was for the mace so lines on it is to be expected.
Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, calf swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look up and down. The ab crunch allows one click forward and one click back.
Comparison shots.
Great figure! Thanks for viewing!

Oh my goodness. That last shot. Hysterical.
What's missing is a thumb-up hand.
All I hear is my head is "it's fun to stay at the y.m.c.a."
