Marvel Legends Series Fantastic Four Retro Card Psycho-Man

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Series Psycho Man.

Psycho-man is a great looking figure. I'm surprised at how well he turned out. I really like how they did the legs with the rings around them. Yes those are actual rings and not sculpted on. Each ring is separate and was individually attached to the leg. There's a gap in between ring and leg for some of them to allow for leg articulation. The lower rings and those on his feet were attached. There's great detail on his pants. There's lots of wrinkles. The legs are the new pinless sort. He's wearing a pretty bulky suit. It's gloss white in colour and has some nice sculpted detail on it. The metallic green "napkin" portion looks to be a separate piece stuck on. It's made of  the swirly plastic and there's a noticeable line on my figure unfortunately. The belt and skirt is a separate piece. The colours match the other parts of the figure which is nice to see. His arms are pinless and have a chain of circles sculpted on.

He's got a nice head sculpt. He looks pretty mean. The symbol on top of his head was sculpted. As well as the lines running down his head. They painted in the lines and didn't quite hit the mark. A good thing it's not too noticeable. The eyes were well done. His face is clean. Some shading would have been nice to help bring out the detail. He has quite a bit facial lines. Swirly plastic was used for his helmet. And unfortunately there's a noticeable line running right down the centre on the back of his helmet.

Accessories. He only comes with his Control Box. The box has the ability to induce Fear, Doubt or Hate in people. The three settings are nicely printed on. They kinda look like stickers. A good thing they aren't. The box has some nice sculpted detail on it. It has various design elements. It is just the plain blue in colour. Some added paint detail and lining would have been nice.

And here's how the back of it looks like.

He typically carries it how you would with some books in school. He is unable to hold it securely in his hand. It will drop off easily. You will need to lean the box against his body in order for him to hold it. You can get him to grip it as you see in the pics above. You just need to stretch his fingers a little.

Articulation. He's got a dumbbell joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ball joint waist, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look down decently. He can only look up just a bit. The elbows and knees bend a little more than ninety degrees. They've spaced out the rings nicely so that they don't hinder each other too much. He can bend forward just a little. He can bend back and tilt his body very well.  He can raise his legs about forty-five degrees. You'll want to be careful when turning the thigh. Be sure to grab the leg and not the ring.

Comparison shots.

Great figure! He looks good and his articulation is decent for a bulky character. I would have liked if he came with some additional hands. Thanks for viewing!

I'm guessing the Thing is saying "It's clobbering time" in that shot.

Meanwhile in the states, Amazon still says these figures come out in March!
Great photos; another Kirby-genius figure that I never thought we would see! Also, I appreciate your advice about areas that are delicate or have to be handled a certain way. You've definitely kept folks like me from breaking things!
