Here's a look at the Mandroid BAF.
You need to purchase 6 figures for the parts to build him. They are:
Marvel Now! Captain America - Head
Red Skull / Hydra Soldier - Left Arm
Baron Zemo / A.I.M Soldier - Right Arm
Black Widow - Torso
Movie Captain America (Stealth) - Left Leg
Movie Winter Soldier - Right Leg
A quick word about the head assembly. Don't push the head down all the way on the neck joint. You'll have great difficulty moving it if you do. Just place it semi-firmly. It'll stay on and you'll be able to move it easier.
Mandroid is a suit of armour worn by S.H.I.El.D agents. I'm not sure what this version of the suit is based on. He looks pretty bad ass. Especially with all that weaponry. He shares similar parts with Iron Monger. Most notably the arms and the legs. The head and upper torso are new. I like the dark grey colours. There's no shading but the swirly plastic helps him look more rugged. The S.H.I.El.D logo was very well painted on.
He comes with a cannon which you attach on his shoulder. It is made of soft plastic. It doesn't have to point straight all the time. You can turn it.
Sculpted on his right arm is a gatling gun.
And on his left is a large pair of blades. I would hate to be on the end of that.
Articulation. He's got a ball joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, wrist swivel, torso pivot, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivots. The wrists can hardly be turned due to the attached weapons.

When i first saw this i thought it was a update Iron Monger armor then like you said it shares parts with that original BAF. Very cool and i love that last image of all the agents together.
