Marvel's The Avengers Experience at VivoCity

Avengers: Age of Ultron (AAOU) opens locally 23 April 2015. That's just a week away! If you can't wait and need an Avengers fix, how about visiting  Marvel's The Avengers Experience which is now on till 3 May 2015 at the VivoCity main atrium. There are toys, games, merchandise and more!

The main attraction would have to be the life-sized statues of four of the Avengers. I was there early yesterday and already there was a number of people taking photos.

Of the four statues, two are from Hot Toys. Captain America and Iron Man Mark 43 look as good as their on screen counterparts. Awesome to see!

Speaking of Hot Toys there's a showcase of some of their upcoming figures based on Avenger: Age of Ultron. The exhibition is part of their Asia Tour. I always love to see the displays. They don't come much bigger than the Hulk and the Hulkbuster.

Avengers Assemble!

Exclusives time! On display are:
  • Hot Toys MMS282 – The Avengers: 1/6th scale Mark VII (Stealth Mode Version) MOVIE PROMO EDITION Collectible Figure (picture below left)
  • Hot Toys MMS290D10 - Avengers: Age of Ultron 1/6th scale War Machine Mark II (Diecast) EXCLUSIVE Collectible Figure (pictured below right)

Action City is holding a Blind Draw to pre-purchase them. You have until Saturday, 18 April 2015 11.59pm to submit your particulars for it. For more details check the Action City Facebook page.

Also on display from Hot Toys are the upcoming AAOU Cosbaby Series 1 Set and the AAOU Artist Mix Figures Series 1 which were designed by Touma.

For the young ones there's the Avengers Assemble area. There are games to play, such as trying to lift Thor's hammer Mjolnir.

There's a photo booth where you can get your photo taken with an Avengers Assemble themed background. There are three backgrounds to choose from. You can take home a free print of your photo and have the soft copy sent to your email.

The Become Iron Man augmented reality experience is back. If you missed it the previous time, here's your chance.

The suit you "put on" is still the Mark 42. I was hoping for the Hulkbuster.

There's lots of merchandise available. Ranging from apparel, toys, stationery and so on.

If you're looking for more toys don't forget to check the Toys R Us upstairs.

They have some cool displays set up.

Do check it out for yourself.
And as if you need reminding, Avengers: Age of Ultron opens 23 April 2015.

Thanks for viewing!

Great Image ... too bad we are no longer a fan of Marvel Comics....
They killed off "Carnage" ... turned Venom into a "Hero"...
that was back around the time that someone stole my book of collected Villain cards... (over 40 of them signed)...
other that the "Goblin Saga"... we care little for their characters..... Sorry..
Who-ever stole that took from me my interests in Marvel Comics.... Now Disney is doing their best to "re-write" the storylines of main characters...

Thank you for sharing. I think my kids will like them very much. Nowadays, they are many toys for kids, as a mom, I do not know how to choose toys for my kids, I recently see kids learning pen and music toys, I do not know whether they can help our kids or not.
