Marvel Legends Infinite Series Storm

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Infinite Series Storm.

This is Storm in her current costume. If I'm not wrong, she first wore it in Uncanny X-force. The figure has got a great head sculpt. She has a good likeness to how she looks in the comics. The eyes, eyebrows and lips were very well painted. I love the Mohawk. It was very well sculpted. It's got great detail and I like there's some white shading on it. The body I think is a mix of Jean Grey's upper torso and Moonstone's lower torso and legs. In case you find her a little out of proportion, it's because the black of her costume blends in with her cape, making her look thinner than she actually is. Her costume details were pretty well painted on. A minor gripe is the white on her upper torso and lower torso are of different tones. She wears a soft goods cape. It is attached to her torso joint and it is connected to her wrists with loops. Her cape will get crumpled if not careful.

Articulation. She's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, swivel hinge wrists, torso pivot, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. Her hair prevents her from looking up more.

Comparison shots. I still prefer the Jim Lee costume. It's probably because of the 90s X-men cartoon.

The trouble when getting a figure with an updated costume is you need updates for the other characters in the team as well... Thanks for viewing!

Hi! Fellow toy collector here from the Philippines. I'll be going to Singapore this Christmas and I'm hoping to get this particular figure there. Any recommendations on where I should go?

Thanks!

Hi, it's very unlikely you can find it at retail. You can try the China Square Central flea market on a Sunday. Maybe the toy stores there or someone will bring to sell.

Oh, my. That's disappointing. I've been looking forward to buying this figure for quite some time. Can't find it in regular sites and the prices on the ones sold on ebay are outrageous, especially if one considers that the sellers have taken away the BAF part.

Sorry, if this is unrelated. What about the 6-inch The Hobbit figure from The Bridge Direct? I'm also interested in Radagast the Brown.

Thanks for the response!

Retail did not carry The Hobbit line for the last two movies. You can try Simply Toys. I recall seeing some of the figures there.
