Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Bishop.
This is Bishop is in his classic costume. It's the one I'm most familiar with and it's probably the only one I need. I don't really like his other costumes. The body reuses the Hyperion body. He doesn't look as chunky. In fact he looks tall and the legs seem slimmer. I think that it's due to the add-ons and dark colours. The scarf, harness, belt and yellow sleeves are separate pieces. The sleeve pieces stay on just fine but will slide down if touched. There's great detail on the belt and harness. They have several pouches on them. There's a big holster for his weapon on the harness. Again there's good detail. You can make out the seams and creases in the material. He's got a great head sculpt. I like his focused , gritted teeth expression. His facial hair was sculpted. I really like his long, slick curly hair.
A close-up of his face. The "M" marking was well done.
Just to show you the insignia on his sleeves. The paint apps for them are good.
Accessories. He comes with a large shotgun type weapon. The BAF part is the right arm of Sauron.
His weapon is gun metal in colour and has nice sculpted detail on it. He can hold it well in either hand.
Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, wrist swivel with up and down hinge, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, calf swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look up and down pretty well. Head rotation is just a little hindered by the hair.
Comparison shots. I haven't taken out the Toy Biz figure in awhile. It looks quite bad.
Great figure! Thanks for viewing!
