Marvel Legends Series Darkhawk (Masters of the Mind)

Things have cropped up once again... It's increasingly harder to update regularly nowadays... A good thing I've already taken the photos of some figures. Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Darkhawk.

Darkhawk looks good. He's got a nice head sculpt sculpt. The only thing is that they went and used the swirly sort of plastic for the silver plating. My figure has some undesirable spots. The torso appears to be new. The neck and collar were sculpted on as was the red amulet in the centre. There are slots for attaching the shoulder armour which are flexible. The arms are new too. The wings are separated. Half of it was attached to the upper arms while the other half were attached at the gauntlets on the forearms. They are not removable unfortunately. Extending from his right gauntlet are his grapple claws. They are overly flexible and were warped out of the package. The legs reuses the Bucky Cap legs. The feet reuses the Spider-man 2099 (Sandman BAF) ones which is a good call considering he's wearing a suit of armour and not boots. The belt is a separate piece. The shimmering type of plastic was used for the figure and it gives him that bit of shine.

He does not come with any accessories. The BAF part is the head of Titus.

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double joined knees, thigh swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. He can look up and down very well. The shoulder armour are flexible and allow his arms to be raised. The gauntlets prevents full use of the elbow joints.

Comparison shots.

That's all for now. Thanks for viewing!

Hope everything works out alright man. I really love reading your reviews as they've actually led me to buy figures I hadn't even considered before.
