He's fast... strong... has a metal arm. They call him the Winter Soldier.
This is another great looking figure. He's got a great head sculpt. The goggles and mask were well sculpted on. There's some nice detail on the straps and mask cover. They were well painted too. He looks very menacing. They also did a good job with his long messy hair. Very nicely sculpted. His attire is fantastic. There's lots of great detail on it. You can make out the stitching on his brown vest. Not only that, you can see where the material is stretched in some places and also the creases in it. To top it off, the vest has some black shading. Very, very nice. He carries some bullets on his right sleeve. I love that they were painted gold. His metal arm was very well sculpted. I like the black outline of the grooves. The red star was painted on well. His pants too has lots of great detail. It's textured. His belt is a separate piece. It's something like a workman's tool belt. There are two knives on it, both unfortunately were just sculpted on. It's hard to make out, the one by his leg has some metallic paint on it. So too the buckles on his belt.
The shoulder straps can be removed if you like.
He comes with an interchangeable unmasked head. The sculpt is good. There is some resemblance to Sebastian Stan. I like how there's a wild, psychotic look about him. There's some dirt painted around his eyes. If I recall correctly I don't think he had this look in the movie. Still it's a nice touch. It resembles the mask that he wore in the comics.
He also comes with a rifle. It's the same rifle as the one that came with the Hydra soldier. This one is red in colour. I doubt he would actually carry it if he had a choice. Black would have been best for it.
Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. He cannot look up much due to his hair getting in the way. The wrist hinges are very stiff. The right wrist hinge cannot be used much due to the sleeve.

This is a great figure. It would have been better if he came with more standard coloured weapons. Thanks for viewing!
