DC Universe Club Infinite Earths Signature Collection Huntress

I haven't posted any DC in awhile. It's long overdue. So here's Huntress. She was one of the last DC Universe figures that I really wanted.

Mattel put in a little more effort with Huntress than usual. She may be on the standard female base body but she has a good amount of added detail. She's got a decent head sculpt. The mask was sculpted on. I would have liked if she had a fiercer expression. The eyes were painted a little too big. They kinda look like anime type eyes. Overall I think she looks overly cute for the character. The hair came out very well. And I like that it's got some blue shading in it. She's in the Jim Lee costume. I like this version best for it's style and colours. There's some nice sculpted detail on her gloves and boots. The raised lines on her gloves were painted with a light shiny purple to make them stand out. The pouch strap on her right arm was sculpted on. Her belt and leg pouches are separate pieces stuck on. The straps of them are textured. The buttons of the pouches were actually painted. So too the gun on her right thigh. It was painted in a nice metallic grey.

She comes with a crossbow. It's all purple in colour. I would have liked if there were some additional paint detail. She can hold it in either hand pretty well.

Articulation. She's got a ball joint neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, elbow hinge, wrist swivel, ab crunch, waist rotation, peg hinge hips, low thigh swivel, knee hinge and ankle hinge. The ab joint can hardly be used. The waist can be rotated but I wouldn't do it too much as the belt will get stretched.

Comparison shots.

Great figure. Thanks for viewing!
