Marvel Legends Series Ultimate Riders The Punisher

Heya Frank. You been working out? Whoa... whoa no need for the shotgun. Was just asking.

This is probably the strongest Punisher around. Just check out those arms. They are big and muscular. Perhaps a little too big. He looks a little out of proportion. Another thing about the arms is that there's a noticeable colour difference. His skin tone near the sleeves is more tanned than the rest of his arms. The arms by the way are new and are the pinless sort which is great. The body reuses the Netflix Luke Cage body. The skull symbol was printed on. I don't like it. The eyes are too rounded and it looks rather friendly. The harness and the strapped clips around his thigh are separate pieces.

Accessories. He comes with an alternate battle damaged head, a helmet, a Uzi, a semi-automatic pistol, a shotgun, a baseball bat and a machete.

A look at the heads now. The heads are big. They still look okay on this body thanks to the wide shoulders. The default head (below left) looks good. He looks a little older with the receding hairline, deep facial lines and wrinkles on his forehead. He still looks fierce though, just look at that glare. There's a reddish ring around his eyes. I'm not sure if that's due to lack of sleep or they've been bruised. Speaking of bruises the alternate head has that and cuts on his head. They've been patched up with some band-aids. With gritted teeth he looks like he's in some pain.

The helmet is based on the Punisher: Kill Krew comic series. He takes the helmet off a skeleton which he killed and uses it throughout the series. There's nice sculpted detail on it. I like the raised spikes on top and the gun metal colour. The helmet fits both heads well.

I did some head swaps. The new heads are too big on the previous figures of him. Though a little small I like the head with the headband with this body.

Tried the Uzi with Snake Eyes. He can just manage to grip it. The Uzi's grip is thick and the fit is very tight in his hand. He cannot hold any of the Punisher's guns in his left hand.

The Punisher also comes with a bike. It's pretty much the same bike we've seen previously with new handlebars. I like the all black colour. It looks really nice. Shiny plastic was used for the the exhaust and "metallic" parts. This helps differentiate it from the other parts of the bike.

The speedometer has the Punisher symbol in it. Mine looks a little slanted.

I doubt the Punisher would have a properly registered bike. If he did this would be a cool license plate for him.

He is able to sit on his bike well. His arms and legs are long enough.

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel and up and down hinge right wrist, swivel hinge left wrist, ab crush, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot.

Comparison shots.

Punisher is a great figure overall. I do like his short sleeves look. The bike and accessories are good too. Thanks for viewing!

  3. When I saw the uzi my first thought was "I wonder if Snake Eyes can hold it?"

Great pictures! I like Punisher figures and while I might not hunt this one down I'd be awfully tempted if I saw it in stores.

@GIJigsaw - yup. I'm also thinking of getting another. See if I can make a motorcycle group.

  5. I just wondering if the helmet fit the headband head. Could you help to check?
