Marvel Legends Series Domino & X-23 (Sasquatch BAF)

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Domino and X-23.

Domino is a good looking figure. She is in one of her modern costumes. As to exactly when and where she wore this look I'm not sure. She's got a nice head sculpt. She has a cocky and confident look about her. The paint apps are good. The eyes and eyeliner were well done. The black patch around her left eye is clean. Her upper lip is a gloss black while they used a metallic blue for her lower lip. Nice! Her hair has good volume and good sculpted detail. The body reuses a modified Mockingbird body. They removed the buttons from the upper torso and gave her gun holding hands. The arms and legs are the same. I like the gun metal colour used for her bracers and leg armour. The harness and belt are separate pieces.

X-23 had been off my radar. That is until "Logan" which shot her right back onto my want list. Glad she's finally here. She's got a great head sculpt. I especially like her snarling expression. We know how vicious she can be. The mask was sculpted on and well painted. Her windswept hair compliments her facial expression well. She is on the female teen body mould. She has new hands with claws. The claws, like Wolverine's are removable. The boots reuses those from Nico Minoru. She is in her X-Force costume which I prefer. I'm not a fan of her more colourful costumes. Her belt is a separate piece. The buckle has the X logo with a dark red background which you may be unable to make out. My bad... The paint apps are poor. There are quite a number of chips and scratches on the grey areas of my figure.

Accessories

X-23 only comes with the torso of the Sasquatch BAF. I would have liked if she came with an unmasked head.

Domino comes with two blasters. The BAF piece is the right arm of Sasquatch.

The blasters are new for the 6" scale. I was told they actually came with the 12" Deadpool and were downsized for use here. There's nice sculpted detail on them. I would have liked if they has some paint detail. Her grip on the small blaster is quite loose in both hands. She can hold the bigger blaster just fine.

Articulation

Domino has got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, swivel and up and down hinge right wrist, swivel hinge left wrist, ball joint torso, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. She can look up and down very well and is able to cock her head.

X-23 has a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ball joint torso, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees, boot swivel and ankle hinge and pivot. She can look down decently but not up due to her. She can turn her head but will tend to look downwards, again due to the hair. The joints on her legs are quite loose which I'm not too happy about.

I haven't taken out the Toy Biz X-23 figure in awhile. She's not the best looking but I love the boot knife. I wish Hasbro could have done something similar. Or perhaps included interchangeable feet with the knife sculpted.

Comparison shots.

Both nice figures. Thanks for viewing!
