Royal Selangor: Star Wars Collection Launched in Singapore

Royal Selangor has officially launched their Star Wars Collection in Singapore. A pop-up store has been set up at the Suntec City West Atrium (near Uniqlo) where you can view and purchase them from now till 22 November 2015. On display is their current line-up of Star Wars merchandise which consists of limited edition 8" figures, 4" figures, tumblers, mugs, flash drives and more.

Here's a sample of what's on display. Shiny! All of the items are made of pewter and have good likeness and great detail.

This could well be one of the last items we see of Leia in her slave outfit.

That's no moon. It's a trinket box.

A lot of work and care go into making these items. Here's a quick look as to what goes on behind the scenes.

You can't miss the life-sized Han Solo in carbonite statue. Take a photo with it and upload the photo to your Facebook or Instagram account with #StarWarsXRoyalSelangor and you could win some Royal Selangor Star Wars prizes.

If there's one character that is most suited to be made of pewter, it will have to be Captain Phasma from the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens (SW:TFA). A figure of her is on display at the pop-up store and she looks gorgeous. No photography allowed for her unfortunately. Seeing Captain Phasma makes me suspect other characters from SW:TFA will not be far behind.

Do drop by for a look if you're looking to add some shine to your collection. Thanks for viewing!
