Marvel Legends Infinite Series Spider-man

And they just keep on coming! Marvel Legends once more with your friendly neighbourhood Spider-man!

A new challenger has arrived for the Campbell Spidey, which is my personal favourite. Let's see how this one fairs. He certainly looks good. I like his large rounded eyes. They stand out and you are immediately drawn to them. He's on an all new slim torso. It suits him well, though it looks a little longish. There's an unsightly hole on his back. I was hoping we could use the old Toy Biz stands with it but unfortunately it's too small. He shares the same arms and legs with the Superior Spider-man. The paint apps are pretty good. The colours are nice but they seem a tad shiny. The spider logos were well painted. The line work on my figure is great. Most of the lines are clean. There's just a bit of smudging on his back.

Accessories. He comes with an interchangeable half unmasked head, a slice of pizza and a total of three sets of hands. There's a pair of fists, wall crawling/pizza holding hands and web shooting hands.

The half unmasked head is fantastic to have. Kudos to Hasbro for including it. He's wearing a broad smile on his face. Probably because he's got a piping hot slice of pizza. It looks so good I want to eat it myself. It's topped with pepperoni and each slice is textured. The underside of the pizza has the pan imprint on it. Great detail that. The cheese is dripping from the side. The drips fit nicely into the gaps of his finger so it doesn't fall off as easily.

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, chest expansion, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. They need to tweak the hip joints so as to allow him to spread his legs wider.

Comparison shots.

Great figure! I like it! Not enough to displace Campbell Spidey as my number one though. Thanks for viewing!
