Marvel Legends Infinite Series Iron Fist

Here's a look at the Marvel Legends Infinite Series Iron Fist. He's another one whose release had been delayed till now.

Delays can sometimes be a good thing. As in this case. Back when this Iron Fist was first shown, he was spotting Spider-man's "thwipp" hand. Can you believe that? Wait, it's not that surprising... Anyway I'm glad that Hasbro changed it, and threw in additional interchangeable hands to boot. Iron Fist is in his white costume which he wore for a time after facing the Ancient One. I don't mind it, but I would have preferred if he were in his more familiar green and yellow. The head sculpt is okay. I don't like the type of plastic used. It's the pearlescent, swirly type. There's a crack on the mask of my figure which I'm really annoyed about. The body is similar to the Big Time Spider-man. His bracers and boots have the swirly plastic. The lines on his bracers are a mess. They are uneven and a lot of them don't meet together. The symbol was very well painted on. His sash sits at his waist joint. I would have liked it lower. There's a light blue wash over majority of the white areas of his costume. It was done quite evenly and I think he looks better with it.

Accessories. He comes with three additional pairs of interchangeable hands. Yes you read correctly. Three additional pairs! Each pair a different hand gesture. You think you were fiddling with a figma. He's able to pull off a lot more of his moves now. Great stuff!

Articulation. He's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, bicep swivel, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hinge hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot.

Comparison shots. He'll fit in well.

This figure will do for now. I'll like the green and yellow version one day, just not anytime soon. I would like more different characters first. Thanks for viewing!

  1. Actually his bracers look good and very comic accurate. The lines are supposed to be like that to give it that arm wrap look. Check out comic pics of him and that is the way the bracers look so you can't fault Hasbro for being comic accurate.
