GameStart 2016 Recap

The third edition of GameStart has concluded, bringing an end to three days of fun and exciting gaming activities. The event continues to draw the crowds and the halls were packed as attendees got to try out some of the new and upcoming games, as well as witness some pulsating Esports action. And with several new activities to participate in there was even more reason to attend.

MAGIC™ 2014 - DUELS OF THE PLANESWALKERS TO BE AVAILABLE ON ANDROID

 

Magic™ 2014 - Duels of the Planeswalkers®, the online gameplay version of the Magic™ 2014 – Core Set, will be available on Android for the first time ever from 25 June 2013 via the Amazon Appstore and Google Play. The new platform builds on existing online and digital offerings including the iPad®, Xbox LIVE® Arcade, Steam® and PlayStation® Network.

 

The announcement comes after Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS) unveiled the product lineup for Magic™ 2014 earlier this year in March. The new lineup will feature an ad-hoc multiplayer and will offer a more focused integration between online and offline play. The Android version will also offer a gameplay experience that is unique to players on its system.
