The Celebrating SG50: My Memories of Singapore BE@RBRICK Exhibition is now on till 27 September 2015 at the 313@somerset level one atrium. On display are 50 uniquely designed SG50 400% BE@RBRICKS done by local artists, celebrities and selected contest participants. The exhibition also features the only 1000% giant commemorative SG50 BE@RBRICK in the world and the Singapore flag created from over 2000 BE@RBRICKS.

The following are the top 3 contest winning designs:
One of my personal favourites is this piece titled "Uncle". In the past this was typically the way older men dressed, in singlet with shorts or long pants. This includes my grandfather and this reminds me a lot of him.
Then there's this Phua Chu Kang (PCK) inspired piece. He's perhaps the most memorable character to grace our local TV screens. I loved watching the show. "Best in Singapore and JB. Some say Batam.".
I also like this piece with a block of flats depicted on him. The linework is very neat.
All of the 50 designed BE@RBRICKS are up for grabs. You can bid for whichever design you like through a silent auction and all proceeds will go to the Association for Persons with Special Needs (ASPN).
