Marvel Legends Infinite Series Hellcat (Fierce Fighters)

Hasbro has been releasing more female characters in recent times. There are now two in each series compared to just one previously. This is very much appreciated, especially when we can get characters such as Hellcat.

Hellcat is on the Storm body with flat boots and Black Cat's hands. I hope Hasbro does a new base body as this one is out of proportion. Her costume is mostly single coloured. There's a darker yellow wash on some areas which is nice. They did a poor job with the paint on her lower legs, that is the area above her boots. It's of a lighter yellow. The coat is also not thick enough and the base navy blue can be seen. She's got a good head sculpt. The "eyebrows" were sculpted and there's also seam lines on her mask. The lower half of her mask is light blue with black lines. My figure unfortunately is missing the lines on her right side... I like the hair. I like how it puffs out from the back of her mask. It has good shape and detail. It would have been better if it had some shading.

She comes with a billy club. It's the same one that came with Daredevil, just black in colour. She can hold it well in her right hand. The grip with her left is very loose. I'm not sure if she has used it. In any case Daredevil now has an extra one.

Articulation. She's got a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, swivel hinge elbows, wrist swivel wth up and down hinge, torso pivot, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. Her hair restricts her from looking up and hinders her looking to the sides properly. The up down wrist hinge is not suitable for her. That type of joint is better for characters who use swords and the like. I would have liked if she had new hands with the usual side to side wrist hinge, then she'll be able to properly take a swipe at someone with her claws.

Comparison shots.

Hellcat is decent. The lack of and poor paint is unfortunate. I'm actually more annoyed with the wrist hinge. Thanks for viewing!

First Machine Man, now Hellcat! Hasbro is doing a better job at getting some of the 'C' level characters the Legends treatment!

Fun addition to the line. I hope I can find her!
