Happy New Year all! I hope you have a great year ahead. We're just a day into the new year and already there are new toys in stores. I was very surprised that this Marvel Legends Spider-man series is out. First up is the Superior Spider-man.
The packaging has changed to more of a box style. I like it as it displays well and we can replace the figure if we want to.
If you don't already know, Doc Ock has taken over Spider-man's body in the comics. This figure is of him in a recent look. He looks good. I think the body is an all new base body. I like how the eyes were sculpted. The inner brownish portion was sculpted slightly raised to give the appearance of lenses. He's got open grip hands. The thumbs are sticking up a little too much. He'll have no problems giving the thumbs up or hitching a ride. The lines of his costume and logo were well painted on.
He comes with an extra pair of interchangeable web shooting hands. Now we're ready for some action.
He's got great articulation. There's a ball hinge neck, ball hinge shoulders, double jointed elbows, swivel hinge wrists, chest expansion, ab crunch, waist rotation, ball hips, thigh swivel, double jointed knees and ankle hinge and pivot. He can do many iconic Spider-man poses.
Comparison shots. He's shorter than most previous 6" Spider-man figures. I'm not too happy about that. I mean it's still Peter's body so he should be the same size.
Great figure. I love the articulation. Thanks for viewing!

Nice find and review! I'm looking forward to picking this guy up, hopefully in the next week or so.
This spider-man is cool. From your photo of spider-man stand together seems like there is a height difference which is a good thing for me.
Hi Jason, may I know where you buy your Marvel Legends figures from, particularly the ones from this Infinite series? How much does each one cost?
@Wei Ming - Hi, this series is/was available at TRU. SGD40 each.
Wah so ex. Anywhere that sells it cheaper?
I really gotta stop buying variations on Spider-Man, but I love the look of this one! It's getting tough to keep this up at twenty bucks, though (especially with my other toy buying habits).
