Here's Edward's younger brother, Alphonse Elric.
He does not come with as many accessories as Ed. I would have liked for a couple of transmutation pieces to be included. What we did get are an extra head, 2 extra pairs of hands, a "stomp" effect base and a stand (not pictured).
This is just a decent figure for me. I would have liked it better if not for his size. He should be larger and taller. You can see a comparison shot with Ed a little further down. I also think that the torso is too rounded. That along with his rather large looking thighs give him a chunky appearance. The headsculpt is great though, good likeness. The paint is pretty good overall. Look out for paint chips on his face and "collar" if you're buying one though. And also select one with a straight apron. Mine was stuck on crooked.
There's not a lot of detail on the figure to talk about. The most significant one is the blood symbol which Ed drew to seal Al's soul in the armour. You can click on the images to enlarge.
Some shots of the heads.
He's got great articulation. And like Ed, most of the joints are Revoltech joints, except for the knees which are hinge joints. The knees can bend very well, just as good as double jointed knees.
Comparison shots. As mentioned earlier, I would have liked if Al was bigger and taller. Ed's height is around Al's mid torso.
The Metal Men have a new member.
So we've gotten Ed and Al. Hope we get more Fullmetal Alchemist characters. Thanks for viewing!
